The Collaborative Process requires direct communication between the parties therefore it is imperative that all are receptive to open and forthright discussions and consent to abide by the mutually agreed decisions.

To ascertain if the Collaborative Process is right for you please answer the questions and score each one using the phase that most closely represents your feelings.
